Anston Funfair (4th August - 7th August)
We are pleased to announce that the Dowse family will be putting on a funfair at the Anston Parish Hall Recreation Ground off Ryton Road from Wednesday 4th August to Saturday 7th August.
It will be open weekdays 5pm to 9pm and Saturday 1pm to 9pm.
There will be no parking at the Recreation Ground but we hope to see plenty of families at the funfair and supporting this community event.

Co-option Notice - 22nd June 2021
Following the uncontested elections to the Parish Council on 6th May 2021 there are currently two ordinary vacancies on the Council, one for the north ward of the parish and one for the south ward of the parish.
The council will be filling the vacancies by co-option, which is a process whereby the council considers applications from interested persons and can then select someone to fill a seat.

Access to Ryton Road from Brook Walk - 16th June/17th June
We understand that Severn Trent will be carrying out works at their facility off Ryton Road, North Anston, from 6.30pm on the evening of Wednesday 16th June until 7.30am on the morning of Thursday 17th June.
During that time anyone wanting to access Ryton Road from Brook Walk in the west and vice versa will have to find an alternative route.
