Anston Parish Council are pleased to announce that they are putting on a Family Fun Day to celebrate the Queens Platinum Jubilee and to support local charities.

Please join us on the Recreation Ground, Ryton Road, Anston.

Thursday, 2nd June 2022

13:00 – 22:00 hours

Activities on the day include:

Fun Dog Show (10 Classes)
Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

The Anston Bonfire & Fireworks Display will be taking place on Friday 5th November with the bonfire lit at 6.45pm and the fireworks from 7.15pm. Please note that no personal fireworks are allowed and that there is no parking at the event.

Anston Funfair (4th August - 7th August)

Anston Funfair (4th August - 7th August)

We are pleased to announce that the Dowse family will be putting on a funfair at the Anston Parish Hall Recreation Ground off Ryton Road from Wednesday 4th August to Saturday 7th August.

It will be open weekdays 5pm to 9pm and Saturday 1pm to 9pm.

There will be no parking at the Recreation Ground but we hope to see plenty of families at the funfair and supporting this community event.
