RMBC have notified us on one new planning application.

RB2022/0928. Woodlands Care Home, Woodsetts Road, North Anston (Proposed flat roof to sun room, bedroom extension and alterations). Deadline for comments - 6th July 2022.

In addition planning permission has been granted to two applications.

RB2021/1505. Birkett House, Lindrick Common, Lindrick (Demolition of existing dwelling and associated outbuildings and erection of new dwelling, stable block and alteration to residential garden area).

RB2022/0601. 51 Rackford Road, North Anston (Erection of first floor side extension).
