RMBC have notified us of one new planning application.

RB2022/0691. 69 Main Street, North Anston (Demolition of an existing unlisted building within North Anston Conservation Area and the erection of one dwellinghouse, detached double garage, repositioning of existing front boundary wall and formation of new access). Deadline for responses - 3rd June 2022.

RMBC have also informed us that planning permission has been granted in relation to three applications.

RB2022/0322. The Stable, 68A Main Street, North Anston (Demolition of existing front and rear single storey extensions and erection of a single storey front and first floor rear extensions with alterations to fenestration).

RB2022/0380. 35 Rackford Road, North Anston (Single storey side and rear extension).

RB2022/0433. 7 Devonshire Drive, North Anston (First floor side extension).
