RB2022/0597. 50 Devonshire Drive, North Anston (Demolition of attached garage and erection of single storey side extension). Deadline for comments - 4th May 2022.

RB2022/0601. 51 Rackford Road, North Anston (First floor side extension). Deadline for comments - 2nd May 2022.

In addition planning permission has been granted in relation to three applications.

RB2022/0343. 51 Ryton Road, North Anston (Single storey side and rear extension).

RB2022/0354. 48 Main Street, North Anston (Building Consent for removal of existing vent to east elevation with installation of two floor mounted air source heat pumps).

RB2022/0355. 8 Manvers Close, North Anston (Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a single storey side and rear extension).
