RMBC have notified us of five new planning applications.

RB2022/0322. The Stable, 68A, Main Street North Anston (Demolition of existing front & rear single storey extensions and erection of a single storey front & first floor rear extensions with alterations to fenestration). Deadline for comments - 1st April 2022.

RB2022/0354. 48 Main Street, North Anston (Building Consent for removal of existing vent to east elevation with installation of two floor mounted air source heat pumps). Deadline for comments - 1st April 2022.

RB2022/0355. 8 Manvers Close, North Anston (Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a single storey side & rear extension). Deadline for comments - 23rd March 2022.

RB2022/0364. 13 Crowgate, South Anston (Relocation of vehicle access crossing). Deadline for comments - 1st April 2022.

RB2022/0343. 51 Ryton Road, North Anston (Single storey side and rear extension). Deadline for comments - 22nd March 2022.

We have also been notified that conditional planning permission has been granted for one application.

RB2022/0069. Dale House, Lindrick Dale, Lindrick (Removal of existing raised decking, installation of new doors and windows to basement wall, construction of external stairs and formation of new paved terrace area.
