RMBC have informed us of two new planning applications.

RB2022/0069. Dale House, Lindrick Dale Lindrick (Removal of existing raised decking, installation of new doors and windows to basement wall, construction of external stairs and formation of new paved terrace area). Deadline for responses - 7th February 2022.

RB2022/0132. 20 West Street, South Anston (Discharge of condition 02 imposed by planning application RB2021/0785). Deadline for responses - 18th February 2022.

In addition planning permission has been granted to one application.

RB2021/2258. 6 Orchid Way, South Anston (Single storey side & rear extension).
