Co-option Notice - 18th December 2021

Anston Parish Council currently has two vacancies on the Council (one for the north ward of the parish and one for the south ward) which it is entitled to co-opt to fill. These are in addition to the more recent casual vacancy which it may be able to fill by co-option in due course if an election is not called.

Co-option is a process whereby the council considers applications from interested persons and can then select someone to fill a seat.

If you are interested in becoming a parish councillor, please write to the parish council and include a few details of why you would like to become a councillor.
