RMBC have informed us of one new planning application.

RB2021/2025. 10 Kirkstall Close, South Anston (Prior Notification for a larger house extension with a 6m rear extension, a height of 3.3m to the eaves and an overall height of 3.3m). Deadline for responses - 2nd December 2021.

Planning permission has also been granted to one application.

RB2021/1458. Land at Worksop Road, Lindrick (Application for Lawful Development certificate re the implementation of planning permission for a bungalow ref R77/866P and R78/3251).
