RMBC have informed us on two new planning applications.

RB2021/1935. 1 Crowgate, South Anston (Two storey & single storey rear extension, detached outbuilding to rear and formation of means of access). Deadline for responses - 12th November 2021.

RB2021/1940. 63 Worksop Road, South Anston (Demolition of existing detached garage and erection of new detached garden room and store). Deadline for responses - 3rd November 2021.

We have also been informed that planning permission has been granted to the following three applications.

RB2021/1624. 63 Windmill Road, North Anston (Proposed two storey side extension, demolition of rear conservatory, proposed rear extension and proposed loft conversion with dormers).

RB2021/1633. 28 Hawthorne Avenue, South Anston (Proposed single-storey rear extension)

RB2021/1779. 149 Nursery Road, North Anston (Single storey rear extension).
