RMBC have informed us of three new planning applications.

RB2021/1446. Land at Birkett House, Lindrick Common, Lindrick (Erection of agricultural building). Deadline for comments - 23rd August 2021.

RB2021/1458. Land at Worksop Road, Lindrick (Application for Lawful Development certificate re the implementation of planning permission for a bungalow ref R77/866P and R78/3251). Deadline for comments - 10th August 2021.

RB2021/1505. Birkett House, Lindrick Common, Lindrick (Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of new dwelling and stable block). Deadline for comments - 18th August 2021.

Conditional planning permission has been given to the following two applications.

RB2021/1022. 2 Deep Carrs Lane, Lindrick (Erection of single storey rear extension).

RB2021/1085. Thornberry Animal Sanctuary, Todwick Road, North Anston (Erection of single storey extension for veterinary facilities).
