RMBC has notified us of two new planning applications.

RB2021/1400. Land rear of 31 Rackford Road (Outline application for the erection of one dwelling house with all matters reserved). Deadline for comments - 4th August 2021.

RB2021/1405. 63 Worksop Road, South Anston (Demolition of existing detached garage and erection of new detached garden room and store). Deadline for comments - 3rd August 2021.

In addition conditional planning approval has been given to one application.

RB2021/1136. Green Acres, Sanctuary Fields, North Anston (Single storey rear garden room extension).
