RMBC have notified us of one new planning application.

RB2021/1085. Thornberry Animal Sanctuary, Todwick Road, North Anston (Erection of single storey extension for veterinary facilities). Deadline for comments - 16th June 2021.

In addition conditional planning permission has been granted for three applications.

RB2021/0533. 25 Crowgate, South Anston (Demolition of existing attached outbuilding and erection of single storey rear extension).

RB2021/0838. 1 White Gate, North Anston (Two storey side extension and single storey front & side extension).

RB2021/0869. 6 Lobelia Court, South Anston (Demolition of existing conservatory & garage and erection of single storey side and rear extension).
