RMBC have informed us of one new planning application.

RB2021/1015. 31 Nursery Crescent, North Anston (Application for Lawful Development Certificate re: demolition of existing extension & erection of proposed single storey rear extension). Deadline for comments - 8th June 2021.

In addition conditional planning permission has been granted to the following application.

RB2021/0478. 8 Parkstone Place, South Anston (Single storey side extension with room in roof space, single storey rear extension to link to existing garage and conversion of garage to garden room).

Finally one planning application has been refused.

RB2021/0839. Birkett House, Lindrick Common, Lindrick (Prior Notification of intent to erect a steel framed agricultural building (Permitted Development under Part 6 of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, 2015).
