RMBC have informed us on five new planning applications.

RB2021/0751. 15 Dukeries Drive, North Anston (Demolition of attached outbuilding and erection of two storey side and single storey front extension). Deadline for comments - 19th May 2021.

RB2021/0785. 20 West Street, South Anston (Full two storey side extension). Deadline for comments - 14th May 2021.

RB2021/0816. 2 Yew Tree Avenue, North Anston (Demolition of existing garage and erection of two storey side & rear extension and single storey side extension). Deadline for comments - 14th May 2021.

RB2021/0838. 1 White Gate, North Anston (Two storey side extension and single storey front and side extension). Deadline for comments - 18th May 2021.

RB2021/0869. 6 Lobelia Court, South Anston (Demolition of existing conservatory and garage and erection of single storey side and rear extension). Deadline for comments - 20th May 2021.

We are also informed that conditional planning permission has been granted to two applications.

RB2021/0406. Stonecroft Brook Mews, North Anston (Single storey side extension and with creation of room in roof space and dormer window in front).

RB2021/0481. 2 Lonsdale Close, North Anston (Two storey side and single storey front and rear extensions).

In addition no objections have been raised about the following application.

RB2021/0761. 6 Wesley Place, South Anston (Application to undertake works to a tree(s) within South Anston Conservation Area).
