RMBC have informed us of three new planning applications.

RB2021/0628. 18 Elder Avenue, North Anston (Prior notification for a larger house extension with a 4.5m rear extension, a height of 2.5m to the eaves and an overall height of 3.66m). Deadline for comments - 7th May 2021.

RB2021/0656. 9 Parkstone Place, South Anston (Single storey rear extension). Deadline for comments - 4th May 2021.

RB2021/0698. Land to rear of 7 Woodsetts Road, North Anston (Erection of two dwellinghouses). Deadline for comments - 10th May 2021.

In addition we are informed that conditional planning permission has been given to one application.

RB2021/0398. 1 Parkstone Place, South Anston (Application to undertake works to a tree(s) protected by RMBC TPO No. 11, 2020).
