RMBC have informed us of one new planning application.

RB2021/0095. 60 Edinburgh Drive, North Anston (Discharge of condition 02, 04 & 05 imposed by planning application RB2020/1257). Deadline for comments - 18th February 2021.

RMBC have also informed us that conditional planning permission has been granted in relation to three applications.

RB2020/1996. Brancliffe Grange, Brancliffe Lane, Shireoaks (Listed Building Consent for removal of existing concrete roof tiles and replacing with new clay pan tiles).

RB2020/2004. 22a Ryton Road, North Anston (Erection of detached garage and extension of hard standing parking area).

RB2020/2041. 2 Grasmere Close, North Anston (Single storey rear extension).
