RMBC have notified us of four new planning applications:

RB2020/1347. 11 Kirstall Close, South Anston (Demolition of existing garage, erection of two storey side and single storey front extensions). Deadline for comments - 20th October 2020.

RB2020/1516. 11 Newcastle Close, North Anston (Single storey front, side and rear extensions). Deadline for comments - 22nd October 2020.

RB2020/1525. 8 Penny Piece Place, North Anston (Balcony to front at first floor level). Deadline for comments - 22nd October 2020

RB2020/1554. High Cragg Cottage, 10 The Green, North Anston (Dormer alterations, including replacing flat roof with new pitched roof). Deadline for comments - 30th October 2020.

In addition RMBC have notified us that conditional planning permission has been given to the following applications.

RB2020/1157. 17 Crowgate, South Anston (Erection of single storey detached triple garage).

RB2020/1257. 60 Edinburgh Drive, North Anston (Application to vary condition 02 (approved plans - alterations to layout & elevations of dwellinghouse) imposed by planning application RB2016/0177).

RB2020/1291. 8 Limekilns, North Anston (Demolition of conservatory and erection of single storey side/rear extension).

RB2020/1293. 2 Lobelia Close, South Anston (Single storey side extension and roof alterations to existing attached garage).
