Latest Planning Decisions

There are no new planning applications relating to Anston this week. However RMBC have notified us of three planning decisions. Conditional planning approval having been given to two applications.

RB2020/0915. 23 West Street, South Anston (Alterations to roof including raising of roof height to create rooms in roof space with rear dormer windows).

RB2020/1042. The Bungalow, Quarry Lane, North Anston (Application to undertake works to a tree(s) protected by TPO No.7 dated 7th June 2002).

In addition planning permission has been refused for one application.

RB2020/1062. Birkett House, Lindrick Common, Lindrick (Erection of stable block and associated yard).
