Latest Planning Applications

RMBC have notified us of two new planning applications:

RB2020/0935. 2 Oakdale Road, North Anston (Erection of decking to rear). Deadline for comments - 1st September.

RB2020/1257. 60 Edinburgh Drive, North Anston (Application to vary condition 02 (approved plans - alterations to layout & elevations of dwellinghouse) imposed by planning application RB2016/0177). Deadline for comments - 2nd September.

We were also informed of one planning decision. No objections having been received in relation to RB2020/0675 (Application to undertake works to a tree(s) within South Anston Conservation Area, 17 Crowgate, South Anston).
