RMBC have notified us of the following new planning applications:

RB2020/1103. 32 Brook Croft, North Anston (Single storey roof extension with roof terrace). Deadline for comments - 11th August.

RB2020/1148. 56 Ryton Road, North Anston (Single storey side & rear extension and side & front extension to existing garage with new pitched roof). Deadline for comments - 18th August.

RB2020/1157. 17 Crowgate, South Anston (Erection of single storey detached triple garage). Deadline for comments - 28th August.

RB2020/1178. 18 Crowgate, South Anston (Demolition of existing rear extension and erection of single storey rear extension). Deadline for comments - 19th August.

RB2020/1185. 7 Aster Close, South Anston (Single storey rear extension). Deadline for comments - 24th August.

We were also informed of one planning decision. Conditional planning permission having been granted in relation to RB2020/0589 (Formation of new vehicle entrance and car park, Thornberry Animal Sanctuary, Todwick Road, North Anston).
