Notice of Casual Vacancy - 28th August 2020

Following the resignation of Cllr Glyn Prendergast a casual vacancy now exists on the North Ward of the Parish Council. Please find below the formal notice of the vacancy and details of the process by which local electors can call for an election to fill the vacancy (which would be held on Thursday 6th May 2021). If an election is not called then the Parish Council can co-opt to fill the vacancy.

Reopening of Play Areas

Please note that the play areas maintained by Anston Parish Council at the recreation ground off Ryton Road in North Anston, off Lockwood Avenue in South Anston, and at Whitegates in North Anston have now formally reopened in step with RMBC reopening their play areas.
